Judy Upton is an award-winning playwright with plays produced by the Royal Court, National Theatre, Hampstead Theatre and BBC Radio 4 etc. ‘The Bulbul Was Singing’ was a Radio 4 Drama Of The Week (2019). She’s had two feature films and a TV drama produced, plus a novella ‘Maisie And Mrs Webster’ published by W&N in the volume ‘Home Town Tales: South Coast’. Short stories have appeared in publications including The Yellow Room, Six Foot Gallery Magazine, Suspense Magazine and Amsterdam Quarterly.
