Now approaching 90, Edward Shaw came to writing quite late in life after a career in academe (UC Berkeley and UCLA) and the nonprofit world. His work has been published in Mason Street, The MacGuffin, Red Fez, TH Magazine, Nostalgia Digest and Short Fiction Break. He has also written columns for The Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register and Garden Thymes.
