Phil Rowan is a self taught artist with works in oil, watercolor and pastel. His works have appeared in Cardinal Sins, Saginaw Valley State University, Better Than Starbucks, Kissing Dynamite and others, His poems have been published in Harbinger Asylum, North of Oxford and many others.
