Sarah Harley is originally from the UK. She works at Milwaukee High School of the Arts where she supports her refugee students in telling their own stories. Sarah holds a BA in Comparative Literature and French, as well as an MA in Foreign Language and Literature. In Graduate School she explored neuroscience and architecture in addition to writing a thesis about the idea of hysterical space. Having worked briefly as a translator, her passion is connecting with her students and writing by night. Her work has appeared in Halfway Down the Stairs, Idle Ink, and elsewhere.
