Wendy Scheir – Bio

Wendy Scheir holds a BA in English Literature, an MFA in Film, and an MA in History from NYU. An archivist, she is founding director of The New School Archives and Special Collections. Wendy’s nonfiction has appeared in the Journal of Archival Organization, Archival Outlook, and Public Seminar, among others. She has taught fiction and nonfiction writing, and has been invited to attend the Community of Writers in the Valley (formerly Squaw Valley) five times. Her short story, “Tables and Fields,” will be published in the spring 2024 print and online issues of Hypertext. Shs lives in Yonkers, New York.
